Returns&Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every bag of coffee we roast. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you received a defective or incorrect product, we'll make it right regardless.
Refund & Exchange Process
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Prefer a different coffee? We're happy to exchange your unopened bag for another variety of equal or lesser value. For items of greater value, we'll charge the difference.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
